You may have tried previous therapy; maybe it worked, and perhaps it was disappointing.

Talking to friends is nice, but it can create confusion. Reading self-help books is helpful, but guidance in real-time would be even more valuable.

Attempts at self-healing only get you so far, and your thoughts are in an endless spin cycle. After a while, you feel down on yourself and stuck in the same funk.

When things aren’t working, it’s time to try something different

You are here now, and you will have new and different experiences in this space. You are brave for showing up for yourself. All you need is a willingness to change.

There is no need for you to deal with the challenging parts alone. I’ll walk with you on this journey and help you find a better path, one that leads to peace and less stress.

I will focus on supplying you with effective tools that will help you create a more transparent lens through which you can see yourself and the world.
